Job Opportunity in UAE as a General Finance Junior Associate Lawyer

Charterhouse is working with a leading global law firm looking to hire a General Finance lawyer with 2 years PQE to join its market leading practice in Dubai. You must be a high quality Common Law qualified lawyer trained within a Top Tier International law firm.

You will be responsible for:

• The successful candidate will advise delegates, trustees, security agents, facility agents, investment agents, inter-creditor agents, escrow agents and account banks on a range of products including sukuk, bonds, securitisations, CLOs, project financing and other.
• As well as conventional finance, you will work on Islamic finance although prior experience is not required.

You must have:

• Be a common law qualified lawyer with 2 years post qualification experience gained at a leading law firm.
• Strong academic records and qualifications.
• Notable experience having acted on general finance matters.
