Job Opportunity in UAE as a General Manager with a salary of 13,612 USD

Sapphire's international client is seeking a strategic entrepreneur to manage its UAE operations. You should be someone who can generate more sales by onboarding new clients as well as a strong communicator, emotionally intelligent, and have the ability to close high-value deals. You will have a good understanding of the local market and have at least 5 years of UAE experience. You will have an excellent bonus scheme based on profits and a salary of 13,612 USD.

You will be responsible for:

• Upselling to existing customers as well as ensuring the relationship is always nurtured and maintained especially if the decision-maker changes.
• Building new relationships to convert to sales, increasing the company's market share.
• Networking.
• Provide leadership to the team.
• Ensures the operations of the UAE office run smoothly.
• Work to and exceed KPIs.

You must have:

• At least 5 years experience in the UAE market.
• Knowledgeable about the decision-making process within the industry sector.
• A proven track record in technical sales.
• The ability to drive the company forward by sales performance into other areas of the GCC.
• A degree in Engineering and a Masters in either Engineering or a business-related field.
• Strategic and analytical and confident in your approach.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can read, write and speak Arabic.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must currently reside in the UAE.
