Job Opportunity in UAE as a Growth Manager for Food Tech

Charterhouse announces a job opportunity in UAE as a Growth Manager for Food Tech. Charterhouse is working with a market leading food tech company who are looking to hire a Growth Manager to oversee their growth strategy, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will be responsible for:

• Plan and execute the growth strategy.
• You will be required to interpret extensive data and translate into a growth plan.
• You will draft the growth agenda, with a comprehensive understanding of the companies biggest acquisition and retention issues, converting them into solutions and opportunities.
• You will be setting up your team to support the business’ growth strategy.

You must have:

• Proven success in a similar role within an e-commerce organisation, preferably in food but other industries may be considered.
• Be experienced in managing a team of 5 or more across marketing and data.
• Be experienced in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Google Optimise as well as other leading analytical tools.
• An experienced professional with a strong track record in customer acquisition and retention.
• Experience in the Middle East is not essential for the right candidate.
