Hyatt Place offers a job opportunity in UAE as a Hotel Host for the front office.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Provide an exceptional guest experience in the hotel.
- Provide a clean, comfortable, and attractive environment within the hotel.
- Complete guest experience; Including the Gallery Host Stand, Bakery Café, guest kitchen, e-room, and TV den.
- Check-in and check-out of guests and room service for meetings.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
- Schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- The ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction.
- Be able to multitask.
- Be 18 years or older.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
- Possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
- Previous guest service experience as well as the ability to communicate well with guests.
