Job Opportunity in the United Arab Emirates as a Hotel Host for the Front Office in the Hotel

Hyatt Place offers a job opportunity in UAE as a Hotel Host for the front office.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide an exceptional guest experience in the hotel.
• Provide a clean, comfortable, and attractive environment within the hotel.
• Complete guest experience; Including the Gallery Host Stand, Bakery Café, guest kitchen, e-room, and TV den.
• Check-in and check-out of guests and room service for meetings.

You must have:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• The ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction.
• Be able to multitask.
• Be 18 years or older.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
• Possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
• Previous guest service experience as well as the ability to communicate well with guests.
