Job Opportunity in UAE as a Legal PA

Charterhouse announces a job opportunity in UAE as a legal PA. Charterhouse is working with an international law firm that is looking to hire a proactive and confident Legal PA for a 2-month contract in Dubai.

You will be responsible for:

• Support a team of lawyers with all aspects of secretarial duties.
• This role is extremely varied including email management, travel arrangements, processing of expenses, document formatting, audio typing, and billing.
• As an integral part of the team, you will provide high-level administrative and client services support.
• This is a full-time role and the client is looking for someone to start ASAP.
• The environment is fast-paced and will see you working within a diverse team.

You must have:

• A minimum of 3 years of secretarial experience within a law firm, with Middle East experience being an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced setting, confident to complete tasks with energy and enthusiasm, and extremely organized.
• Excellent English communication skills, along with a positive personality, and a passion for learning and working as a team.
• Be on a spouse/family visa and immediately available in Dubai to be considered for this role.
