Reyada Home Health Care Services L.L.C. offers a job opportunity in UAE as a Resource & Accounts Manager.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Directly reporting to the CEO (Chief Executive Officer).
- Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience.
- Hiring new staff in accordance with project budgets.
- Providing project managers with ongoing resource management and related support.
- Monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours.
- Collaborating on resource management with internal departments.
- Documenting processes and maintaining records.
- Prepares and presents reports for the management.
- Coordinates meetings, calendars, and appointments with the staff.
- Supervise, mentor, and train office staff to drive the maximum productivity of each department.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven work experience as a Resource Manager.
- Flexible with a positive attitude.
- Excellent office management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Currently/Willing to be relocated to Abu Dhabi.
- Immediately available.
