Opportunity description

Reyada Home Health Care Services L.L.C. offers a job opportunity in UAE as a Resource & Accounts Manager.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Directly reporting to the CEO (Chief Executive Officer).
  2. Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience.
  3. Hiring new staff in accordance with project budgets.
  4. Providing project managers with ongoing resource management and related support.
  5. Monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours.
  6. Collaborating on resource management with internal departments.
  7. Documenting processes and maintaining records.
  8. Prepares and presents reports for the management.
  9. Coordinates meetings, calendars, and appointments with the staff.
  10. Supervise, mentor, and train office staff to drive the maximum productivity of each department. 
  11. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
  12. Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
  13. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  14. Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
  15. Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  16. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  17. Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven work experience as a Resource Manager.
  • Flexible with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent office management experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Currently/Willing to be relocated to Abu Dhabi.
  • Immediately available.
