Alfuttaim offers a job opportunity in UAE as a Sales Account Manager.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Attend Client Meetings for company portfolio and product Presentation.
  • Build relationships with a broad variety of customers to be their preferred BMS and lighting control solution provider.
  • Focus to grow business opportunities from some of larger verticals to include hospitality, retail space, high-rise buildings, government, education, medical facilities and real estate.
  • Preparing quotes and executing the overall strategic plan for development business of BMS lighting controls and smart building and smart home solutions.
  • Ensure achieving division targeted bookings and gross margins, monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Attending key partners and customers events.
  • Sharing company achievements with customers.
  • Attract and retain new customers.
  • Geographical expansion.
  • Increase profitability with the right pricing strategy in place, this includes closing the right number of deals and defining key accounts.
  • Sales planning and opportunity scoping.​​​​​​​

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: 

  • Graduate Engineer in Electronics /Electrical or equivalent.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of BMS, smart homes and lighting control systems.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain solid relationships.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Solid presentation skills to both individuals and group.
  • Ability to both lead a team and work as a productive team member.
  • Highly organized.
  • Experience in sales activities in building management systems and lighting controls.
  • Having experience in Jonson Control, Honeywell, Schneider and delta controls building management systems and knowledge of competing solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of building management systems, lighting control systems and smart building controls. 
  • In deepth knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Familiar with BMS communication protocols.
