Opportunity description

Al Futtaim is currently looking for an experienced sales coordinator in Dubai. You will manage & handle all sales coordinator responsibilities across 4 divisions to support & streamline sales process efficiency. In addition, you will also be responsible for timely submission of necessary reports to divisional management along with coordination responsibility for all required marketing activities for the division.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all CRM & PAD-related sales process functionalities on behalf of the Sales Team belonging to 4 divisions.
  • Coordination with FAMCO Product Managers for required support including but not limited to marketing activities, administrative jobs, training arrangements, etc.
  • Follow-up, collection, compilation and submittals of relevant management reports including but not limited to Lost Sales Report (monthly), Lost Sales Tracker (monthly), Quoted Participation Rate (monthly), Prospect Sheet (monthly), Customer Satisfaction Survey (as per supplier agreement), Sales Performance Report (weekly), Forecast Sheet (weekly), etc.
  • Coordination with the marketing team to arrange any customer-related events (seminars, exhibitions etc.) or marketing campaigns while making sure of an adequate supply of giveaways, validated brochures & marketing material etc.  
  • Coordination with Product Managers & Sales Team to follow-up and manage the arrangement of 3rd party as well as internal (workshop, parts) supplier quotes and other relevant processes.
  • Coordinate with the customer as well as internal FAMCO teams to ensure smooth delivery of the equipment & completion of all post-delivery processes.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • At least 2-4 years experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support & Coordination.
  • The ability to communicate effectively.
  • Be confident and effective at providing information.
  • Be an advanced Excel User and very proficient in PowerPoint. 
  • Knowledge in SAP is a definite advantage.
