Aramex offers a job opportunity in UAE as a Senior Client Business Partner. You will be responsible for creating long-term relationships with Aramex’s portfolio of global clients as well as understanding the customer’s demands, planning how to meet those demands, and generating sales for the company as a result.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Works with Aramex Senior Leadership team to develop strategies resulting in greater customer experience and performance.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship with key accounts through value impact on the customer’s operations, among others through cost optimization, on-time delivery, and value-added solutions.
- Drive and accelerate business results by investing in continuous improvement on the people, process, and technology front and adopting best-in-class practices and trends.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customers, and executive members.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Aramex solutions according to the customer's objectives/timelines/expectations.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and develop reports on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with Aramex product/service leaders to identify and grow new opportunities within territories.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and gross profit targets of assigned accounts.
- Build and strengthen internal capabilities through learning and development interventions, to bridge gaps in skills and knowledge.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- From 4 to 7 years of experience in key account management in logistics and transportation.
- Previous experience with multi-national companies is preferred.
- Practical experience with established sales methodologies (e.g. solution selling, value-based selling).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Strong English language skills are required for this role; additional languages are preferred given the nature of this global role.
