Job Opportunity in UAE as a Service Advisor

Alfuttaim is currently looking for technically competent & performance driven Service Advisor to work with Al Futtaim Auto Center in Abu Dhabi. Service Advisors are the first contact for customers in the Workshop.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure the condition of the vehicle is thoroughly checked and discrepancies noted and communicated to customers.
• Record any customer requests and ensure proper delivery of the vehicle. 
• Clearly communicate to the customer the jobs carried out.
• Ensure effective personal and telephonic communication with customers regarding charges, approvals and negotiations alongside achieving monthly financial targets set for labor hours, parts and other sales.

You must have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Technical school/Certificate/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the automotive industry or similar role.
• A broad-based knowledge to serve as a reliable consultant.
• Able to provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
