Job Opportunity in UAE as a Supervisor at Kids Adventure Park

Charterhouse offers a job opportunity in UAE as a supervisor at Kids Adventure Park. Charterhouse is working with an exciting kid’s adventure park who is looking to hire a supervisor to join its team. You will report to the Park Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Assist the Operations Manager and lead your team.
• Making sure your team consistently excel and provide the highest level of services to all guests.
• Involvement in recruitment and full oversight of training the new team members.
• Regularly submit reports to the Operations Manager in terms of sales, targets, reviews and inventory.
• Planning and executing on site events such as camps, birthday parties and more.

You must have:

1. At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisor or leadership role within an adventure or entertainment venue.
2. Experience within F&B is of added value.
3. A dedicated, detail orientated, energetic leader.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with UAE or Middle East experience but exceptional candidates will be considered from other locations.
