Job Opportunity in UAE as a Supply Chain and Logistics Executive

TASC offers a job opportunity in UAE as a Supply Chain and Logistics Executive at Chemical Industry.

You will be responsible for:

• Establishing and managing logistics costs and operational process, organizing the documentation and custom clearance activities for inbound and outbound deliveries with the third party service providers.
• Managing and optimizing sales distribution processes together with 3rd party partners, preparing 3rd party performance reports and KPI measurements.
• Ensuring coordination between production and sales departments and the third party logistics companies, based on time, speed, productivity and cost KPI measurements.
• Producing and tracking projects in logistics operations; to look for new & improved ways to make the day to day operations of the Logistics more efficient. 
• Ensuring that all operations adhere to laws, guidelines and company internal policies.
• Establishing cost, quality, compliance, speed etc. reports and coordinating them with the IT department.
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Operations teams for achieving business and operational objectives through forecasting, stocks management and demand planning.
• Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements.
• Stock control.
• Preparation of the PO Once ordered.
• Follow up of docs.
• Custom clearance follow up.
• Control of goods cleared.
• Follow up cost invoices.
• Preparation of the import files.

You must have: 

• Good knowledge and experience in order management, shipment planning, logistics, warehousing and distribution.
• Extensive SAP knowledge.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Analytical thinking skills, being result-oriented, and ability to take prompt action.
• Awareness on competition conditions and high focus on profitability and efficiency.
• Effective team player.
