Job Opportunity in UAE as a Talent & Learning Manager

Charterhouse announces a job opportunity in UAE as a Talent & Learning Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating, implementing and developing a talent management strategy for growth plans, whilst implementing people systems and processes, developing creative methods of growing employee satisfaction and building a structure to recruit the best people in the market.
• Deliver regular reporting to the Directors to articulate business performance against targets and a key part of your role will be to ensure the best talent is attracted, retained, and developed.
• Whilst this role will have a large level of autonomy and input into the wider strategic direction of the business you must be an individual that can work as part of a team but can handle large levels of responsibility making critical business decisions.

You must have:

• Have been in a 360 HR role throughout your career but with a large level of experience/focus in recruitment, training, strategy.
• Strong knowledge and experience in HRIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of legal regulations. 
• It's preferred to have an experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or similar fields.
