Job Opportunity in UAE as a Visual Merchandiser in CHAUMET LVMH in Chalhoub Group

Chalhoub Group offers a job opportunity in UAE as a visual merchandiser in CHAUMET LVMH. You will be a key player in the luxury goods market and have been the epitome of excellence in Parisian jewelry since its founding in 1780.

You will be responsible for:

• Retail (6 stores in the Middle East: 2 in Dubai, 1 in Abu Dhabi, 2 in Riyadh and 1 in Kuwait, new store openings to come) and wholesale.
• Renovations/store openings and wholesale corners: adaptation of the brief of the international visual merchandising team and installation in the field/stores/events or wholesalers of any new module/showcase.
• Key role during the launches of new collections: adaptation of the VM according to the point of sale; report results to HQ via photos and reports.
• Ensure strong and regular presence in the points of sales and guarantee the application of the company's VM guidelines: management and monitoring of the windows scenography, installation of new decors. Regular trips in the Middle East region (60% of the time-traveling).
• Management of store merchandising material and associated budget.
• Organization of events: participation and operational support.

You must have:

• At least 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising. You are creative and have a strong sense of observation and aesthetics.
• Higher education (Business School or School of Applied Arts).
• Interest in the watches and jewelry sector.
• Anticipation and organization; be operational and ensure a strong field presence.
• "Entrepreneur" spirit: autonomy, responsiveness, adaptability, commercial appetite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong adaptability.
• Artistic and creative sensitivity.
• Fluent in English, Arabic would be a plus.
• Be able to work with the Office Pack (Photoshop would be a plus).
