Job Opportunity in UAE as an Executive PA (Personal Assistant)

Charterhouse announces a job opportunity in UAE as an Executive PA (Arabic Speaker). Charterhouse is working with a renowned international real estate advisory firm with offices throughout the UAE and globally. The client is looking to hire an Executive PA to support the Chairman in their Dubai office.

• You will support the Chairman with all secretarial and administration duties.
• You will proactively manage and schedule diary and calendar appointments, organize travel arrangements for the Chairman and his family, meet with clients on behalf of the Chairman and act as a liaison between other Department heads. 
• You will assist in arranging board meetings, transcribing meeting agendas, prepare and drafting correspondence and reports.
• You will handle all of the above as well as other duties assigned with confidentiality and conduct yourself in a professional manner.

You must have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with regional experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, and it is essential you are fluent in Arabic. 
• Be flexible with working hours outside of a 9-5 as this is a very supportive role.
• Be detail-oriented and be a strong decision-maker with excellent interpersonal skills.
