Job Opportunity in UAE as an Interaction Designer UI/UX at Alfuttaim

Al-Futtaim offers a job opportunity in UAE as an Interaction Designer for UI/UX. You will collect, research, investigate and evaluate user requirements and be responsible for delivering an outstanding user experience by providing an exceptional and intuitive application design.

You will be responsible for:

• Plan and implement new designs.
• Optimize existing user interface designs.
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Develop technical and business requirements.
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
• Continuously including customers in the design process.

You must have: 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong UI/UX workshop facilitation skills.
• Leadership ability, with a proven track record of managing and developing people through an organization.

Minimum Experience:

• 6+ years experience in a mid/lead UI/UX role.
• At least 2 years of exposure to Omnichannel retail with a focus on e-commerce.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Be fluent in Sketch/Figma/XD or similar design software, and be familiar with responsive design best practices, graphic and visual design, interaction design, and animation.
• Strong persuasive skills.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Statistical analysis skills are a welcome bonus.
• A high level of customer focus and the ability to synthesize customers’ needs into actionable findings.
