Opportunity description

L'Oréal offers a job opportunity in UAE as an Online Brand Manager CPD.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Achieving sales targets through online retailers.
  2. Working with retailers to activate the best-tailored brand activity.
  3. Ensuring the success of the online shopper path-to-purchase/consumer journey.
  4. Developing the strategy and preparing for key meetings.
  5. Setting the overall strategy for online retailers.
  6. Developing and sharing and building an action plan based on feedback from shopper insight.
  7. Managing online content.
  8. Working with retailers and Commercial teams to ensure gold standard execution on retailer sites (search, visibility, quality of content, reviews, etc).
  9. Work with retail partners to understand needs, and develop relevant content.
  10. Uploading PIM/DAM data to MyStudio/Opera.
  11. Uploading content onto Brand Bank.
  12. Managing consumer CRM.
  13. Consumer CRM strategy and execution (supported by IMC/agencies) for campaign activity (not always-on).
  14. Gathering and reporting on online purchase data.
  15. Identifying content gaps.
  16. Online merchandising for the brand including NPD launches.
  17. Managing the brand merchandising budget (Brandbank).

Eligibility criteria

You must have the following:

  • Consistent strong performance and results in previous roles.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally at all levels.
  • Previous experience in a consumer role is desirable.
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen in previous roles.
  • Demonstrated strong digital understanding.
