Job Opportunity in UAE as an Unit Inventory Control Executive at Al Futtaim

Al Futtaim offers a job opportunity in UAE as an Unit Inventory Control Executive. You will manage inventory and logistics related operations on units inbound side. This role is quite critical to ensure smooth sales process/cycle by managing Units Inbound process (A-Z) in close coordination with concerned divisional & product managers. 

You will be responsible for:

• Manage, maintain and monitor monthly Flash Report and Stock Ageing Report for VCE, IP & PP.
• Managing inbound process of ordered Units, custom clearance and logistics movement in coordination with AFL / Other Logistics Team.
• Manages export documentation process of Units in coordination with Logistics.
• Handles Purchase Order creation process and following up for necessary approvals.
• Performed monthly review and checking of Model/Articles of Units to ensure proper costing, setting provisions in PO, MAP and pricing are set in the system. 
• Ensure that Good Receipt and Invoice Verification are done within 48 hours of receiving of Units @ UAE Port.
• Liaise with principals to ensure all shipping documents received in compliance to UAE customs requirements and ensure timely clearance (within 24 hrs) of cargo from port.
• Ensure timely submission (within 180 days from date of import) of standing guarantee Bill of entries to customs to claim the duty drawbacks for re-export cargo (export include Makkassa for the GCC, Free Zone & Rest of the world).

Minimum qualifications and knowledge:

• Advanced SAP (PRD/PAD) Systems Knowledge with good understanding of Logistics/Inventory operations who can be productive in this role from Day 1. 

Minimum experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in this field.
