Opportunity description
Al-Futtaim is offering a job opportunity in UAE as a Customer Service Officer.
Duties & responsibilities
- Follow Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment's service steps to deliver a consistent high level of service to all guests
- Follow Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment's cash handling policies to ensure all guests receive the correct change and minimize unders/overs for every shift
- Utilise suggestive selling and upselling skills in all areas of the cinemas to maximize each transaction
- Abide by policies & procedures listed in Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment's health and safety management program to ensure a safe environment for guest, colleagues and self
- Provide assistance to others where possible regardless of which department is listed on the roster
- Follow food hygiene policies to ensure all food & beverage served to guests is safe and free of contamination
Eligibility criteria
- Be available to work shifts, and on weekends and public holidays as per the roster
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Minimum High School Certificate
