Duties & responsibilities
- Six-month generalist rotations within support / business areas and twelve-months specific placement in a functional area.
- Support with the day-to-day operations.
- Support with project management and development and do presentations.
- Participate on business challenges.
- Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and experience.
- Participate in all assigned development programmes.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry.
- Ability to work effectively across the organisation to guarantee the future success.
- Develop teamwork and maximise team performance.
Eligibility criteria
- UAE national holding a family book.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related field, according to the specific area you would like to develop.
- Recent graduate or final year student
- Previous internships or work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Good prioritising, organisational and time management abilities.
