Duties & responsibilities
- Review of prepaid, accrual and expense accounts to ensure financial statement accuracy under US GAAP.
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, budget and trend analysis.
- Drive process improvements and automate manual workflows to achieve efficiency
- Summarize key business and accounting trends for management review
- Assist teams in gathering required deliverables for local reporting and compliance purposes.
Eligibility criteria
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Understanding of US GAAP
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience implementing workflow improvements
- Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
