Opportunity description

Al Futtaim is offering a job opportunity as a Customer Relations Executive who holds an Egyptian nationality to join the team in Cairo. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Shares and anticipates in (Be My Guest) Program. 
  2. Attends to walk-in clients with minimum waiting time using Q-ing system.
  3. Replies to Client calls, emails & letters as per SLA.
  4. Stays courteous, polite, helpful and professional in client approach.
  5. Maintains accurate client history in Al Futtaim applied system via ‘Interactions’ and ‘Service Requests’ in accordance with Client Care SLAs.
  6. Handles complaints, client queries, resolves issues within specified timelines (as per SLA and priorities).
  7. Conduct necessary research and follow with other departments on behalf of the Client before coming up with recommendations.
  8. Provide status update to clients on pending/ongoing cases. 
  9. Escalates client issues and reports major problems to superiors.
  10. Prepares ‘Exception Forms’ and collects the evidence in the file to support the exception for clients in line with Policies & Procedures for management approval.
  11. Provides clarification to clients with regard to Client Life Cycle Policies & Procedures.
  12. Attends daily/weekly/monthly staff meetings and proactively raises issues for group discussions and information sharing.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in CRM (real-estate experience is a plus).
  3. Dedication to excellent customer service.
  4. Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
