Opportunity description
Hyatt is offering a job opportunity as a full-time Guest Services Officer - Communication Center for Saudi Nationals in Saudi Arabia.
Duties & responsibilities
- You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest expectations.
- To assist the Communication Center Department in managing the day-to-day operation of Communication Center.
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum 2 years work experience as a Guest Service Officer or Operator in a Telephone Department.
- Well developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills.
- Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
- Previous hotel experience will be an asset.
- Good command of English and Arabic language is a must.
- Must be a local Saudi National Only.
