Jobs for UAE Nationals: Solution Expert with Al Futtaim Group

Al Futtaim is offering a job opportunity as a Solution Expert who is also a UAE national to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

Application Management:

1. To Manage a team of Mobility developers and External consultants.
2. To Consult, teach, troubleshoot, setup and maintain Frontend Mobility solutions to agreed service level standards. Participates and adheres to DevOPS framework.
3. Develops and maintains documentation for Technical solution modifications.
4. Liaise with software suppliers and the Change Management team for problem resolution and deployment of system changes.
5. Ensure compliance with IT Policies, Security Standards and strengthen internal controls.

Solution Delivery:

1. Work with internal and external implementation team members and partners to contribute to the development, testing and deployment of Mobilty solutions.
2. Adheres to DevOPS software development and maintenance standards by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of internal and external development best practices.
3. Estimate and deliver multiple projects assignments and system change requests as per agreed resourcing and timelines with required quality.

Leadership & Team Management:

1. Working with an engaged team to plan and prioritise their workloads, set objectives, conduct appraisals (with managers) and support to continually improve their performance and results.
2. Develop team in line with target competencies and build adequate bench strength for future.
3. Resources assigned to project teams, to be managed as appropriate to the needs of application support priorities.

1. College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
2. Proficient in development using iOS, Android, Java/J2EE OR Proficient in development using Java/C#, APEX, Visual Force.
3. Knowledge of DevOPS.
4. Knowledge of Agile methodology.
5. Minimum 7 years in development of IT projects using iOS, Android or Xamarin Mobility solutions.
