Opportunity description

Nestle is offering a part-time job opportunity as a Brand Manager to join the team in Frankfurt, Germany. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. You will take over the management of the product category Convenient Meal Solutions & Soups: Elaboration of the 3-year strategy, deriving action plans and operational implementation.
  2. You are responsible for managing national and international innovation projects in close cooperation with the production plant and other countries.
  3. You manage the portfolio through regular analyzes of market, consumer and product data and derive strategic recommendations from this.
  4. Your tasks also include developing and launching growth concepts: from generating insights / ideas to developing products, including design and market research.
  5. You will also work intensively with local national and international interfaces such as market research, sales, finance, production facilities and the global strategic business unit at our corporate headquarters.

Eligibility criteria

  1. You want to drive projects and innovations and have an agile mindset.
  2. Innovative thinking and a keen sense for trends and consumers are among your strengths.
  3. You have successfully completed your business studies with a focus on marketing.
  4. You have sound professional experience in brand management or marketing in the consumer goods industry, ideally in the culinary sector.
  5. You have very good knowledge of classic product management as well as initial experience in managing complex international projects.
  6. You are characterized by your strong analytical and organizational skills combined with a high level of focus on results. They were also able to gain their first experience in developing strategies.
  7. Openness and willingness to learn as well as a passion for cuisine are an advantage.
  8. You are confident in using MS Office and have a very good knowledge of English.
