Aramex is looking for a Business Analysis Leader to join the team and work in Amman, Jordan. 

1. Designing and implementing our BI solution (Tableau) and ensuring that all data protection requirements are met.
2. Supporting Data Engineers on planning and developing new data models that allow user-friendly, customized reporting.
3. Supporting various business units by giving them access to BI solutions tailored for their needs.
4. Creating customized dashboards based on data models.
5. Driving the right strategy to continuously increase dashboard performance.
6. Automate data pulling to centralize and automate manual processes.
7. Contribute to the integration and improvement of relevant data management systems and processes.
8. Handling various ad-hoc reporting requests from management and finance as well as assisting with regular standard reporting and data maintenance tasks.
9. Reporting on KPIs and service level.
10. Defining business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.

1. Bachelors degree in MIS, BIS, Engineering or Computer Science.
2. Tableau Certification.
3. Familiarity with databases; SQL and other relational databases.
4. Ability to write proper Business Requirements.
5. A proven track record of successfully implementing and administrating BI reports using Tableau.
6. Good understanding of data structures and data management.
7. Strong analytical thinking skills.
8. The ability to bring new ideas in a solution-oriented way.
9. Having a structured way of working to be able to multitask without losing track of several projects.
10. 2-5 years professional experience in the field of Business Analysis side “Preferably in logistics or eCommerce”.
