Zain is offering a full-time job opportunity as a Key Account Manager to join the team in Amman, Jordan, who will handle and retain existing corporate accounts, setting a plan to acquire new corporate accounts, grow revenues from all existing corporate accounts by cross selling and up-selling, in addition to plan customers’ visits, collecting and maintaining customers’ data to be able to create an action plan that would help in selling Mobile voice, internet, connectivity, business solutions, bulk SMS, etc.
Duties & responsibilities
- Introduce digital transformation solution for the assigned accounts and sell new ICT, CLOUD, and other newly introduced services across the accounts base.
- Achieving assigned sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Creating a direct connection with the CEOs and decision makers in all assigned Enterprise accounts.
- Introducing new digital transformation services to the assigned sector by cross selling and upselling these services.
- Daily visits to serve the assigned Enterprise accounts.
- Building strong and long-lasting relationships with customers.
Eligibility criteria
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related for field.
- Has 0-2 years of experience.
