Opportunity description

Al Futtaim is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join the team and work in Doha, Qatar. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Take comprehensive ownership and act as a single point of contact for sales activities for customer and internal supporting departments (prospecting, generating opportunities, submitting proposal and closure of orders).
  2. Sales Plan & execution – Analysis of market conditions, vertical industry segments to target, prospecting and lead generation plan.
  3. Effective and proactive communication with all relevant stake holders- customers, suppliers, internal departments.
  4. Documentation and record keeping.
  5. Effective customer account management skills.
  6. Achieving of the revenue targets in terms of – Order book, sales, profit margins and collection according to business plan.
  7. Must be a keen learner of new technologies, products and solutions.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Bachelor Degree in ICT, Business Administration / related OR equivalent.
  2. 5 years (Experience in Qatar Market required).

Job-Specific Skills:

  1. Fundamental knowledge and understanding of ICT/ELV Domain-Networks, IP Telephony, Hardware, software.
  2. Excel at using industry standard business tools – MS Excel, Word, Power point etc.
  3. Qatar Driving license is highly desirable.

Behavioral Competencies:

  1. Should exude a pleasing, positive, confident personality and attitude.
  2. Very good Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A complete team player.
  3. Able to perform in high-pressure situation and to meet stringent timelines.
  4. Should demonstrate a high level of initiative for learning and developing new skills on the job as well as through trainings.
