Opportunity description
Charterhouse is offering a job opportunity as a B2B Client Relations Manager to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Duties & responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact through all stages from pre to post event for the organisations B2B clientele.
- You will oversee the Client Relations team onsite to ensure all customer service expectations are exceeded.
- In addition, you will be responsible for creating relevant meeting agendas and arranging accordingly with the client to attain a full understanding of their needs and expectations.
Eligibility criteria
- Personable, outgoing and a strong communicator.
- Fluent English and have 3 years’ experience in a senior customer service role dealing with senior management and B2B partners.
