Acorn Strategy is offering a job opportunity as a Graphic Designer to join the team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate for this role should possess exceptional work ethic and the willingness to go above and beyond to complete tasks while maintaining a supportive, empowering and positive attitude. Strong written and spoken English and Arabic is essential for this role. 

1. Assess design requirements for each project and reverse brief when necessary. 
2. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts that are in line with each project’s visual identity
3. Conceptualise, plan, design and produce a wide range of specialised graphics, typesetting and/or illustrative material
4. Produce print-ready creatives and designs and liaise with printers for high-quality production 
5. Produce final design solutions (like logos, banners, interfaces). Develop corporate collateral projects such as brochures, presentations, infographics, posters etc.
6. Prioritise tasks with several departments and remain accountable to deadlines 
7. Propose design ideas that further the client’s brand identity. 
8. Receptive to constructive feedback and willingness to work through an iterative process 
9. Transform rough ideas and general concepts into creative actions, design projects, and completed products or messages. 

1. Bilingual – Arabic/English is essential.
2. Solid knowledge of In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator.
3. Good knowledge and experience with Adobe Premier and After effects.
4. Minimum 3 years experience of graphic design with basic knowledge of animation and video editing.
5. Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time. 
6. A well-rounded understanding of all social platforms.
