Opportunity description

Al Tamimi & Company is looking for a qualified Human Resources MIS Administrator to join the team and work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 2021. This role requires a proactive, service-oriented professional with excellent analytical and change management skills, to prepare operational and developmental reports, on monthly basis to enable stakeholders make people related decision.

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Prepare HR MIS operational and developmental reports, on monthly basis, for stakeholders to identify and compare data that allows implementing changes to policies, procedures and services, in order to increase people development, engagement and productivity.
  2. Collect, update and produce HR related data reports to help the firm’s long-term business goals and outcomes.
  3. Collaborating with the Human Resources Department to achieve the department’s strategic objectives.
  4. Preparing and/ or reviewing statistical reports
  5. Ensure delivery of excellent customer service to prospective, current and exiting employees.
  6. Collaborate with any other HR operational needs.
  7. Support the department in the service delivery to Partners and employees.

Eligibility criteria

  1. At least 3 years of similar experience in an HR Department in a law firm, professional services firm or financial industry.
  2. Oracle HCM Administrative experience for:
  3. Recruitment, payroll, absence management, learning and talent (Goals, Performance, Career Development, Succession Planning and Talent Review).
  4. Demonstrated experience in devising creative solutions to handle or manage HR administrative issues.
  5. Excellent IT skills, including working with document management systems, document production and drafting.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including impeccable oral and written communication skills.
  7. Excellent skills in organisation, research, analysis, problem solving and time management.
  8. Advanced skills in drafting communications, reports and correspondence.
  9. High-level observance of confidentiality, judgment, tact and discretion.
  10. Fluent in English.
  11. Arabic desirable, not essential.
