Al Futtaim is looking for a Mall Store Advisor to join the team and work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Duties & responsibilities
- Providing a seamless/excellent customer experience along with full guidance given to every and each customer, to meet their needs and to ensure they are fully empowered to make the right choice.
- Achieve customer service standards and create the right environment for the customer
- Achieve monthly unit sales and service targets by taking the customer through the Mall Customer Journey.
- Achieve monthly Finance & Insurance product sales target
- Excellent understanding of the sales systems. Good knowledge of digital platforms and confident in the use of all digital devices enabling support to customers during their mall experience.
- Achieve the set Trade-ins and dealer installed options (DIO) Accessories sales targets.
- Ensure capture of customer data.
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Written and spoken English is a must; Arabic is preferable.
- Strong digital knowledge is a must.
- Sales and customer experience (Preferred hospitality/Retail Background and Automotive experience).
- 2 to 4 years sales experience in a retail environment.
- Automotive background desirable.

- Upselling skills and ability to create value from new products.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices.
- Ability to develop and execute action plans.
- Excellent planning and scheduling.
- Ability to multitask.
- Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office Applications, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Digitally Savy – comfortable with Data accuracy (attention to detail).
