Opportunity description

Nuclei is a product company working with 25+ leading BFSI and telecom enterprises. The company's vision is to build a well-respected global product company. The company is seeking a Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic bank accounts (existing and new) across KSA and beyond. The ideal candidate will nurture strong B2B relationships, ensure high client satisfaction, and drive growth by partnering with banks to adopt and expand Nuclei’s suite of offerings.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end account lifecycle for banks from onboarding to adoption and renewal.

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders at banks, including senior management, digital-banking heads, and product/ops leads.

  • Understanding the bank’s customer segments and digital strategy, and tailoring proposals leveraging the company's marketplace, SaaS marketplace, and subscription bundles.

  • Coordinating with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to ensure timely integration and launch.

  • Monitoring account health, including usage, transaction volumes, and customer adoption, and driving upsell/cross-sell.

  • Ensuring high client satisfaction and serving as a trusted advisor on strategy, not just a vendor.

  • Providing feedback to help shape the company's product roadmap based on customer needs and market feedback.

Eligibility criteria

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, client success, or business development, ideally within the fintech, banking, or SaaS domain.

  • Mandatory residence in KSA.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with senior decision-makers in banks.

  • Good business sense and comfort with SaaS-based, enterprise sales cycles.

  • Proactive, self-starter mentality, and comfort working in a dynamic, agile work environment.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally internally and coordinate delivery and operations.
