The company is seeking an Experienced Associate / Senior in Audit & Assurance (Learning & Development) for their Cairo office. Duties & responsibilities
Overseeing the planning and execution of learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Managing program logistics, including scheduling, participant capacity, and facilitator coordination.
Monitoring and controlling learning budgets effectively.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting related to learning compliance and professional development activities.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to track and support continuous learning and development requirements.
Supporting the development and maintenance of a skilled facilitation network to meet diverse learning needs.
Building an understanding of the company's purpose and acting as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.
Eligibility criteria
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing learning programs or operations (preferably at an associate or senior level).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
