The company is seeking a Head of Marketing and Growth for rootVX, a pioneering Tokenization Studio built on a world-class Immutable Ledger. The successful candidate will develop and implement go-to-market strategies across various channels primarily in the UK, Europe, US, and APAC regions, contributing to redefining financial infrastructures globally.
Duties & responsibilities
Crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing and growth strategies to launch initiatives with a focus on major financial institutions.
Developing a range of targeted PR and content strategies for different channels and sales assets to boost user engagement and build sales funnels.
Implementing B2B and B2C campaigns across Europe, US, UK, and APAC markets for web2 and web3 audiences.
Managing and growing social media and community channels hands-on.
Utilizing data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing channels.
Building and managing a high-performing marketing team, setting KPIs against company goals, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Eligibility criteria
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a global-scale financial services, fintech platform, RWAs company, or a closely related field.
Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication, capable of crafting engaging and clear messages for diverse audiences.
Prior experience in a high-growth, fully remote startup environment is highly desirable.
Outstanding communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of traditional web2 financial services and web3 DeFi and remittance solutions is considered a bonus.
