GEMS Education offers a job opportunity to work as a middle-grade TGT science teacher and join its dedicated team. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for teaching Middle-Grade TGT Science Teacher, with occasional support for other middle grades as needed. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about science education and is eager to contribute to the academic success of students.
Duties & responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive science lessons to Science students, following the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for science and foster critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Provide occasional support to Other Middle school Science classes as needed, ensuring continuity in the delivery of curriculum content.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Attested Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or a related field.
- Over 2 years experience.
- A certified and attested professional teaching qualification, such as B.Ed specializing in Science.
- Proven experience teaching Science at the middle school level.
- Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and hands-on science education.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
