Opportunity description
The Programme Manager will coordinate the implementation of a new collaborative philanthropic fund to support social arts in Europe. The pilot phase will start in early 2025 and run until the end of 2026, focusing on leadership development and capacity building for social arts organizations.
Your role will support the Steering Committee in strategic decision-making, manage the day-to-day operations of the program, coordinate calls for proposals, manage the selection process, support advocacy and communications, and monitor and evaluate project progress. You will also provide administrative and logistical support.
You will be the main point of contact between programme partners, based out of the NF office in Brussels. The contract is for one year, full-time, with the possibility of renewal.
About the program:
A new funding program focused on supporting social arts organizations in Europe to influence policy.
The program provides funding for international collaboration, capacity building, and professional training to increase social impact across borders.
It is supported by a coalition of philanthropic organizations working in arts and culture to achieve social change.
Job requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience in managing arts projects or grants.
Strong knowledge of the arts and culture sector in Europe.
Exceptional organizational and financial skills, and ability to manage complex projects.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders sensitively and diplomatically.
Experience in developing communications strategies and managing social media.
Eligibility criteria
- 1-year full-time contract with the possibility of extension.
- Monthly salary between 3600 and 4100 euros.
