We are seeking a professional candidate to join our IT Operations team as a Network Performance Monitoring and Analysis Engineer. This role aims to enhance the organization’s ability to monitor and analyze the performance of its network infrastructure, ensuring stability and high efficiency. The Network Performance Engineer plays a vital role in maintaining the health and performance of the enterprise network. Core responsibilities include performance monitoring, data analysis, configuration management, network topology documentation, and close collaboration with IT teams to ensure network security, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

Duties & responsibilities
Monitor the health and performance of enterprise network infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds NPM/NCM/NTM, Zabbix, Nagios, and Splunk
Use SolarWinds NPM for real-time performance monitoring, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and outages
Manage network configurations and compliance with SolarWinds NCM, including automated backups, audits, and policy enforcement
Maintain accurate network documentation through topology maps using SolarWinds NTM
Conduct deep analysis of network traffic and protocols using tools like Wireshark
Build dashboards, alerts, and reports to support proactive network management and capacity planning
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure and optimized network operations
Document configurations, incident resolutions, and network plans in detail
Participate in incident response and urgent support during major network events
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in network analysis and performance monitoring
Hands-on experience with SolarWinds NPM, NCM, and NTM is essential
Strong understanding of core network protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, ICMP, BGP, OSPF)
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Splunk, and Wireshark
Solid understanding of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud)
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell or Python) is a plus
