Opportunity description

FAOU announces an online internship opportunity. The FAOU Internship program opens its doors every 3 months to young people from all over the world to help them gain the required professional experience within an international team. Training will be available in the following areas: Human Resources, Partnerships, Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Program Associate, and IT Officer. This opportunity is a unique and exceptional experience for young people to work online while studying. This program is not paid, but at the same time, it is free without any participation fee.

Duties & responsibilities

  • The HR officer will be responsible for:
  • Manage HR database at FAOU.
  • Communicate with the internal team and respond to employee queries.
  • Coordinate with other HR team members on implementing HR instructions and rules.
  • Work with the HR director to prepare recruitment campaigns.
  • Coordinate training and social events with the HR team.
  • The partnership officer will be responsible for:
  • Search for potential partners and formulate partnership proposals.
  • Reach out to and maintain communication with potential partners and donors.
  • Support partnership negotiations and meetings. 
  • The marketing officer will be responsible for:
  • Communicate with university teams to help share and collect relevant information and data.
  • Analyze the data collected and prepare reports based on it.
  • Work on marketing strategies to promote university brands and courses. 
  • The communication officer will be responsible for:
  • Coordinate with the partnership team in communicating with potential partners and donors.
  • Maintain integration between the council of directors of the University and the department of public relations.
  • Support the Marketing team in communication with University teams to help share and collect information and data for further analysis.
  • Analyze the data collected and prepare reports based on it.
  • The social media officer will be responsible for:
  • Great writing skills in English.
  • Editing or creating visuals and running social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Present creative ideas to drive audience engagement and increase follower count. 
  • The program assistant will be responsible for:
  • Support in designing educational programs.
  • Analyze data and reports to help make data-driven suggestions for new course content.
  • Able to draft pedagogical files (based on University Templates).
  • Search for and communicate with new professors & teachers (under the supervision of managers). 
  • Provide administrative support.
  • The IT officer will be responsible for:
  • Troubleshooting various applications and internet issues.
  • Provide IT support to all universities.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • English proficiency.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • High motivation and openness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Access to the internet at least twice a week.
