Paid Internship at Vodafone in Hungary: Invoice Management (Interconnection)

Vodafone is offering Invoice Management (Interconnection) Internship in Budapest, Hungary.

1. Handling supplier and vendor invoices in accordance with country specific tax and legal requirements
2. Providing administrative support to the Italian local market regarding invoice and payment monitoring
3. Helping the Interconnection team with disputes and report preparation and other ad-hoc tasks

1. Have a full-time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months 
2. Are self-confident in English language, Italian language knowledge is an advantage
3. Have analytical and problem-solving skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
4. Have an advanced knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel 
5. Enjoy working as a part of a team 

What you can expect:

• Flexible work schedule with 20 - 30 hours/week 
• 1200 HUF/ hour (NET)

• To ensure our colleagues’ health & safety we are working from home until the end of the pandemic. In the long run we will be meeting each other max 2 times/week in our fully refurbished, digital office
