• Work with MS Excel and automated reports.
• Review of Tech Support cases and KPIs.
• Administrative work and creating mass orders.
• Maintaining good team performance and assisting Tech Support Team Managers and Quality Leads with daily work.

• Essential Requirements:
• Good knowledge of English.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to dig into issues and unknown topics.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work well in teams.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Intermediate knowledge of German OR Polish language to understand the basic meaning from written text.
• Technical knowledge – hardware and software basics.
