Zoho is a global software company with a wide range of business applications used by millions of organizations worldwide. As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with Zoho partners to provide technical support in the pre-sales phase for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will help design tailored solutions from Zoho’s product portfolio and support partners in presenting, training, and transitioning technical requirements into practical implementations.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Zoho partners to understand client requirements and design viable technical solutions.

  • Provide pre-sales technical support to both mid-market and enterprise customers.

  • Deliver internal and external technical and product presentations.

  • Conduct partner training and enablement sessions.

  • Create compelling commercial and technical documentation and sales proposals.

  • Interface with product management to communicate feedback and new feature needs.

  • Work with implementation/project teams to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Translate customer requirements into actionable plans to ensure successful solution delivery.

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT, technical pre-sales, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a related role.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to engage with partners and clients confidently at both technical and business levels.

  • Experience in designing and presenting technical solutions that align with customer needs.

  • Experience training customers or internal teams.

  • Familiarity with SaaS products, CRM, or enterprise software solutions is an advantage.
