Deloitte Innovation Hub is hiring a Pega Platform Senior Tech Lead in Cairo, Egypt. Join a leading team to design technical architecture and lead large-scale Pegasystems transformation projects.
Duties & responsibilities
Define and govern end-to-end architectures for solutions built on the Pega Platform, strictly aligned with Constellation architectural principles.
Establish standard practices for UI and experience decoupling using DX APIs and Constellation APIs.
Design robust, scalable case management and workflow solutions leveraging native Pega capabilities.
Ensure correct and consistent usage of APIs, guiding enterprise teams on managing payload structure, performance, and data exposure.
Act as the ultimate architectural authority for Pega Platform adoption, enforcing adherence to best practices and overall solution design.
Review and approve critical application designs, integration approaches, API usage, and lead deep code reviews.
Define advanced integration patterns and data strategies between the Pega Platform and external enterprise systems.
Ensure all integrations and APIs comply strictly with enterprise security, privacy, and long-term compliance requirements.
Eligibility criteria
10+ years of extensive, senior-level hands-on technical experience using Pegasystems.
Deep technical authority and knowledge of Pega Platform (Cloud v25+) and Constellation Architecture.
Strong expertise in API-Driven Experience Enablement and designing complex integration patterns.
Proven executive leadership experience acting as an architectural authority and guiding large cross-functional technical teams.
Exceptional capability to review code, application designs, and integration models to identify and mitigate long-term risks.
Fluent in English with excellent technical and executive communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
