Opportunity description

P & G is offering a full-time job opportunity in Canada, as a full-time Digital Campaign Manager to join P&G Canada in Toronto as soon as possible. The Digital Campaign Manager role is an integral part of both the Category In-House Media Team as well as the Category Brand Team. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Fully understand the category media strategies, media plans, and the role of digital platforms and channels within the holistic plans.
  2. Act as a key contributor to the category’s overarching media strategy.
  3. Collaborate with the Senior Media Manger on Social, Display, and OLV tactical plan creation while owning campaign trafficking, in platform set up, execution, and reporting. 
  4. Monitor campaign pacing and performance in line with Brand goals and objectives.
  5. Make and implement ongoing campaign optimization recommendations.
  6. Actualize campaign budgets.
  7. Measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics.


Eligibility criteria

  • Minimum of College Degree/Certificate; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience executing brand digital media campaigns including search, social and programmatic. Preference for candidate to be currently working in a digital operations, campaign management, and/or campaign activation role.
  • Expertise in key industry platform interfaces used to execute digital media campaigns and assess performance analytics. Experience in set up on these interfaces is an asset.
  • Experience with campaign set up in social platforms including TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram is an asset

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated digital media hands-on experience combined with a willingness to experiment
  • Understanding of key digital media principles such as targeting, bid & frequency management, optimization across audience and inventory sources and post campaign analytics
  • Ability to contribute individually, take direction and participate in cross-functional teams with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Very high attention to detail + ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information
