P&G “Reach” Internship for People with Determination (Disabilities) in UAE

P & G is offering a full-time “Reach” internship  Program – Development Program for People with Determination (Disabilities) Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

It is a three-month internship program for undergraduate students that provides an opportunity to get a firsthand real-life experience in the corporate world while getting mentorship from outstanding leaders.

• The Program's intent is to set path to drive more inclusion in both our Organization and in our community. It is intended to provide a chance for People with determination/disabilities to further develop their technical and inter-personal skills in a way that develops them.
• Talents will be matched to Project Based Roles that train them to the business processes. Please note, only individuals with determination/disabilities are entitled to be part of this Development Program. 1. Students currently in their third year (or one year away from graduation) of an Undergraduate or Masters degree
2. MUST BE a GCC National or UAE residency holder with minimum of 3-6 months validity from the start date of the internship (only student residency or family sponsorship are eligible, work/company sponsorship will not be considered)
3. MUST BEa person with determination/disability
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and positive attitude
5. Eager to learn and grow
6. Highly developed interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals
7. Good / Excellent English proficiency
