Procurement Representative Vacancy at Charterhouse in UAE

Charterhouse is offering a job opportunity in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as it is working with a well-established Entity who are looking to hire a Procurement Representative. In this role, you are responsible for finding vendors for the clients day-to-day supplies and the overall materials they need to keep our operations running.

1. As the Procurement Representative your role will be to plan and execute the purchase of all goods and services. You will perform cost analysis and volume planning for major commodities, support the vendor relationship management programme and supervise inventory control activities. 
2. A key part of your role is to coordinate purchase activities with the suppliers for the sourcing materials, assist in the preparation of documents and expedite deliveries to meet agreed dates.
3. This role will entail general procurement functions across all the services and items required by general services. You will gather shortlists of recommended sources for these items and services required, negotiate rates and terms and communicate them to your senior.

To be considered for this role, you should have either a Degree in Business administration and supply chain, or a procurement qualification/or membership with a reputable institute. You must also have 8 years of experience within financial procurement services across the GCC and a proven track record managing high volume/time critical procurement activities and managing supplier relationships.

Salary:

AED 20,000 - 25,000 Per Month.
