Project Lead (OCN) Vacancy in Qatar at Vectrus

Vectrus is offering a job opportunity in Qatar as a Project Lead (OCN).

1. This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.
2. Assist and/or perform coordination of site visits, inspections and meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
3. Facilitate meeting agenda preparation, take minutes, produce and distribute final meeting minutes inclusive of on-site meetings
4. Assist in developing and/or producing documents to support and complete Tier A, B and C projects and LOTDs
5. Provide document control, filing and distribution of project and LOTD-related internal and external documents, including but not limited to construction and inspection reports, submittals, permits, facility access documents, etc.
6. Provide updates for the daily and weekly situational project status report
7. Populate and provide document control in MS Outlook and Share Point folders files and folders
8. Liaising with all project stakeholders to ensure process continuity

Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

• High School Graduate.
• Must be able to obtain a Host Country Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree is preferred.

Experience:

• Three (3) years’ of similar experience in the construction industry is required, such as project controls, construction administration or similar positions. Must have experience in data processing and/or record keeping.
• Must have a working knowledge of project management in the construction industry
• Three years operations, coordination, project controls or similar experience in the construction or manufacturing industry

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills – must have Level 4 skills in English.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to work with very diverse workforce
• Experience in data collection and technical writing preferred
• Experience supporting DOD construction efforts a positive
