As a Publishing Intern at Tamatem, you will support the publishing team in executing go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, live operations (LiveOps), and player engagement initiatives for Tamatem’s mobile games.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn how mobile games are managed, marketed, and operated in the MENA region, working at the intersection of product, marketing, and community.
You will gain hands-on experience in publishing operations, campaign execution, and player insights while collaborating with multiple teams across the company.
Duties & responsibilities
Feature Launch & GTM Support
Assist in preparing go-to-market plans for upcoming game updates or launches
Support localization and adaptation of marketing materials for Arabic-speaking audiences
Help organize assets and documentation for launches and campaigns
Publishing Operations
Support the publishing team in maintaining LiveOps calendars and event schedules
Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing basic reports
Help coordinate tasks between publishing, marketing, and community teams
Community & Player Insights
Collect and organize player feedback from community channels and app reviews
Summarize player insights into clear, actionable notes
Assist in monitoring player sentiment and engagement trends
Market & Competitor Research
Conduct basic market and competitor research in the MENA region
Benchmark features, offers, and events from similar mobile games
Prepare short summaries or presentations of findings
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support communication between publishing, creative, UA, and community teams
Help ensure tasks are tracked and followed up on time
Participate in internal meetings and document key action points
Eligibility criteria
University student or fresh graduate in Business, Data Analytics, Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong interest in mobile games and digital products (actively plays games)
Basic understanding of marketing, social media, or gaming communities is a plus
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in both Arabic and English
