Qatar Airways is offering a job opportunity in Doha, Qatar as a Customer Experience - Project Specialist that will provides support on assigned projects and solutions in compliance with the project standards and processes of Qatar Airways, to meet defined business requirements within agreed timescales and cost.
Duties & responsibilities
- Monitor progress of projects based on Key Success Indicators, establish clear and conscious guidelines to standardise the process of benchmarking various levels.
- Manage quality control throughout project life cycle by maintaining delivery timelines, mitigating project risks, and act as a liaison with all project stakeholders to ensure effective change management.
- Support the delivery of all assigned projects, ensuring that it is within time, within cost and to the highest quality.
- Ensure communication of business cases and project briefs and related information to relevant stakeholders in order to maintain project timeline and requirements by ensuring that objectives are properly documented and followed.
- Adhere to corporate strategy by following project governance guidelines, maintaining/updating contractual terms and conditions in order to ensure that they are within company policies and procedures.
- Support the development and design of the project management framework and technology platform by defining the processes, training, implementation and accountability across each of the teams.
- Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.
Eligibility criteria
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
- Experience managing senior stakeholders is essential
- Professional experience in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and proficient using Project Management software
- Solid experience in project/stakeholder management, process improvement, planning, and performance management
- Minimum of 3 years of job-related project management work experience
- Master degree in Business Administration or specialist is an asset
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or similar qualification
- Experience managing airline customer experience enterprise level projects
