Duties & responsibilities
Apply Quality and Risk Management (QRM) policies and maintain the calendar of regulatory submissions.
Support the legal team with updates to legal trackers, templates, internal guidance, and commercial licenses.
Serve as a training coordinator by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and updating training decks.
Support external and internal audit information requests, as well as regulatory and document retention processes.
Assist the experienced manager with archiving legacy project folders and handling ad-hoc QRM initiatives.
Assist in preparing regular reports, analyzing data, and coming up with new team initiatives.
Track the progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects while prioritizing team interests.
Eligibility criteria
Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
0-2 years of relevant experience in financial services, with an understanding of compliance and risk matters.
Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Tableau.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills.
Ability to conduct basic data analysis to draw actionable conclusions.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and data privacy awareness.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to new ways of working.
