Duties & responsibilities

  • Apply Quality and Risk Management (QRM) policies and maintain the calendar of regulatory submissions.

  • Support the legal team with updates to legal trackers, templates, internal guidance, and commercial licenses.

  • Serve as a training coordinator by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and updating training decks.

  • Support external and internal audit information requests, as well as regulatory and document retention processes.

  • Assist the experienced manager with archiving legacy project folders and handling ad-hoc QRM initiatives.

  • Assist in preparing regular reports, analyzing data, and coming up with new team initiatives.

  • Track the progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects while prioritizing team interests.

Eligibility criteria

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial services, with an understanding of compliance and risk matters.

  • Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Tableau.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills.

  • Ability to conduct basic data analysis to draw actionable conclusions.

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and data privacy awareness.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to new ways of working.
